On behalf of Luigi Chinetti Motors Inc., the letter demands the immediate cessation of misleading advertising claiming to be an authorized dealer; dated October 15, 1969.

1974, original letter from Luigi Chinetti Motors Inc. to David Pritchard of "Schweppes USA Limited." The letter announces the North American Racing Team's (NART) attempt to set 17 speed records on September 12,1974 in Bonneville, Utah, to set 17 speed records with two specially prepared Ferraris. Paul Newman, Graham Hill, and Luigi Chinetti Jr. are named as the drivers. At the same time, Schweppes is asked to sponsor the racing project and to use it for promotional purposes.
