12.11.1960, original carbon copy letter from Luigi Chinetti to Luigi Ranuzzi (internal factory coordinator for Luigi Chinetti), at the beginning Chinetti requests a list of people who, in Ranuzzi's opinion, deserve a tip. The interior of the Ferrari 250GT (#1415GT ex Bettendorf) is also to be thoroughly cleaned and professionally repaired by Scaglietti, and the on-board instruments are to be changed from Italian to English

16.11.1960, signed letter from Luigi Ranuzzi (factory coordinator for Luigi Chinetti) to Luigi Chinetti, Ranuzzi reports that the letter from Chinetti arrived just in time to make final changes before the ex-Bettendorf Ferrari 250GT (#1415GT) was taken away...Ranuzzi also describes the poor condition in which Pininfarina handed over the vehicle. Scaglietti had to repair and clean the leather several times. Ranuzzi then confirms the replacement of instruments on the "Ex Le Mans Berlinetta" Ferrari 250TR (#0728TR), the car was also fitted with Dunlop tires and new electric fans, as these had been damaged at Le Mans. A removable driver's protection bar was fitted by Fantuzzi. Bertoni from Maranello took care of spare parts for the car. At Chinetti's request, Ranuzzi passes on a list of people who have earned tips, including Bellei (workshop manager Modena), Manni (warehouse worker), Bertocco (test driver), Rizzi (carpenter), Gavioli (office lady Modena), Gualdi (truck driver), Bertoni (spare parts), Bondi (production manager). Unique testimony to the operational handling of vehicle exports, as well as direct communication between Luigi Chinetti and the Ferrari factory, signed Ranuzzi on the reverse
